The Skoda Kushaq has been spotted in flesh doing rounds of the valley by one of our readers. Official bookings are underway on Skoda Nepal's website and at your nearest dealership. Now that the compact SUV has been spotted in the capital, expect MAW Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., the official importer of the Skoda in Nepal, to launch the compact SUV very soon.Interestingly, the company has also revealed the pricing of the Kushaq in Nepal. The Skoda Kushaq will start from Rs 49.90 Lakh and will go up to Rs 65.90 Lakh in the Nepalese market. The Kushaq will be available in 3 trims; Active, Ambition and Style, and 5 variants - Active MT, Ambition MT, Style MT, Ambition AT, and Style AT.  Scroll below for the pricing of the Skoda Kushaq in Nepal.[table id=97 /]As you can see from the images, the front face flaunts the signature Skoda muscular butterfly grille with vertical slats and sharply cut, sleek LED projector headlamp setup with LED DRLs. Trapezoidal LED fog lamps under the headlamps, a sculpted bumper with creases, wide air intakes, flared wheel arches, slim door handles and a character line extending the length of the car are also used. There is a silver skid plate with three scoops and the bonnet is also heavily sculpted enhancing the SUV appeal of the Kushaq.The rear of the Skoda Kushaq is chiseled, with L-shaped taillights that we earlier saw on the Vision IN Concept, a rear-mounted spoiler placed above the tailgate, a well-defined tailgate with SKODA lettering, and a chrome insert on the rear bumper.In the Nepalese market, the Skoda Kushaq will be offered in a 1.0-liter petrol engine only.  The 115hp 1.0-litre TSI engine that delivers a maximum torque of 178 Nm will be available with a 6-speed manual or torque converter auto gearbox.The Skoda Kushaq has a length of 4,225mm, a width of 1,760mm, and a height of 1,612mm. Furthermore, the SUV has a 188mm ground clearance and a 2,651mm wheelbase. The Kushaq's boot room is 385 liters, but it can be expanded to 1,405 liters by folding the seats. Candy White, Honey Orange, Brilliant Silver, Carbon Steel, and Tornado Red are the five color choices available.The Kushaq compete with the likes of the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster, Nissan Kicks, and the upcoming Volkswagen Taigun.
